The patient was an 85-year old man with a CHADS2 score of 5; previous stroke, age >75, BP history > 160mm Hg., and type II diabetes.

TEE, ICE and fluoro imaging was used in this case.

In this case we illustrate proper characterization of the LAA, the measurement of the ostium, and proper position of the WATCHMAN device.
